We are happy to answer any questions you may have, we want you as our customer to be happy with your purchase and our service so you come back and shop again.
We are very experienced and offer advice on measurements, colours, materials etc, so if you should need any help please just ask !

We are always happy to help with exchanges, just pop the code number/s on your receipt and we will get this exchanged and sent back straight away for you.
If you return an item/items and no instruction is on the receipt, we will automatically put in a place a credit note to the full value and email you your code to use the credit at your leisure,
 
1. If you keep the major part of your order, nothing will be deducted for postage on returned items, although we reserve the right to charge postage costs to cover large orders being placed, for the order then to simply be returned as unsuitable, this is to cover the postage costs etc as they are all included in our prices. 
 
2. Any items cancelled will incur no charge if the goods have yet to be dispatched.  In the event that they have been dispatched, the customer must return the items as new complete with tags attached within 10 days and be responsible for costs of carriage.
 
3. Any items being returned as simply unsuitable will incur the postage and packaging charges this varies with weight ie: coats etc.  The items must be returned in its original packaging, be tagged as new condition and received by us within the 10 day returns policy time. If this is longer than 10 days we are happy to offer credit notes/exchanges only.
 
We do specify that the customer should returned their garment on a signed for service (recorded delivery)to ensure its safe return, along with the original receipt within the 10 day time allowed. Any garments sent back after this time period can only be exchanged or a credit note given to the value of.
 
We are happy to offer a credit notes to be held in place for returned items , or will exchange for another item of the same value, credit notes will be held for you to spend at your leisure within a 12 month period, simply contact us by phone or email and state your name along with any item you would like and our friendly staff will help find you something you will love.
 
Once the items have been received, if you do not wish for another size or exchange for another garment, a refund can be made to you less the postage costs as this was included in the original price and we have paid them.Please write on the receipt that you would like a refund so we can get this done for you.
 
Items being returned as simply unsuitable must be returned within 10 days of receipt, along with a covering note with your details included.
Any items arriving after our 10 days return policy or without instructions from you to what you would like (see terms & conditions page) will only be offered exchange/ credit notes  from our store.
 
It is our policy that shipping costs caused by people who simply return goods without wanting replacements / exchanges simply to try on and send back, shouldn't be passed on to our happy customers who shop with us regulary.
 
Please note we are always changing and bringing new styles in weekly, so there would be plenty of new styles to choose from if you dont see something today you like.
 
4. Should any item arrive damaged (which is extremely rare) this will be replaced as soon as possible, at no cost whatsoever to the customer.  Damaged items must be reported straight away by email or telephone within 2 days of delivery. we will either send a replacement item for you, or refund the transaction.  
Please note all items pass through 3 quality control checks by our individual staff so these are very rare.
 
Our aim is always to be fair and helpful as we want our customers to return.
